Finding Contaminated With Covid-19 Changed My Living Forever  from SALLOKHAN's blog

I am certain that several have now been wondering: Why Covid? Why so globally? Why now? And I have addressed some of these issues in past articles. But during those times I wasn't speaking from experience, I was just discussing my ideas about this with out tested them in realistic terms. Properly, now I've tested a minumum of one of those theories, and I am eager to generally share it.

We have all found out about connectedness and oneness, and how Covid is (hopefully) taking us an action closer to these experiences, seeing how we are all in that together. But however, are we really all in that together? Individually, I'm not too certain about that considering the controversies in government policies

(especially in places wherever elections are happening through the pandemic), the push-backs from the public against constraints (not plenty of people are readiness to lose our "precious" workouts for the more good), and more recently - the distribution of vaccines (those who spend more get more).

Therefore what are we lacking? When and how are we ultimately planning to understand the lesson? And what is that session?

Really, Covid provides people an evident hint both concerning the What we must learn and the How. What Covid individuals experience and sometimes die from is not enough air. And air is ab muscles thing that connects people all. To use one of Jessica Dibb's findings, we can make an in-group and an out-group (i.e. manifest separation) based on battle, job, gender, era, social characteristics, seems, etc.

But there's one common denominator which, when used, leads us automatically to oneness - the breath. Thus, no real matter what beliefs, traumas and choices we've, most of us belong to the number of breathers. And the air (which, as I attended to have, could be the embodiment of Spirit), is what connects us all and gives us the physical, somatic connection with oneness. BUT only if we pay attention to it!

Surprise, shock - Covid is taking our attention and recognition exactly to the breath. As a result, Covid is asking people to start living an even more spiritually focused life: a life where we are certainly more attached, a living lived in the NOW. Notably, by taking our target to the breathing, Covid is not merely featuring people the training we need to understand, i.e. the training of oneness; it can also be featuring people how we could learn said patch, and that's simply by remaining focused on the breath and training aware breathing.

Let me make it clear, aware breathing is so what can give people an immediate religious experience (albeit in bodily bodies). I know learned that through being forced (after finding infected with Covid) to focus on the breath. Not that I hadn't dabbled in a variety of yoga and meditation techniques before. But this time the change in covid test was therefore profound! Armed with a significantly survival-driven enthusiasm at the beginning of the condition,

I dove deep in to numerous breathing practices, and the more intimately I acquired to know conscious breathing, the more my experience of separation was dissolving. I was sensation so significantly lighter, happier and, of course, more connected. I was having the training! Most importantly, I was healing a illness not brought on by Covid but just outlined by it.
