Some colored contact lenses that people are buying over the counter at beauty supply and novelty stores to complete their Halloween look — or just in general — are being sold illegally and could be dangerous, law enforcement officials say.To get more news about Halloween contact, you can visit beauon.com official website.

The Department of Justice has charged Geo Medical, a Korean company that makes decorative and colored contact lenses, with "illegally bringing contact lenses into the United States by dramatically undervaluing shipments in documents submitted to customs officials." It also charged operators of the store Takashima in Los Angeles and Orange counties with illegally selling colored lenses without prescriptions.Colored contacts "are medical devices," according to the FDA. "Places that advertise them as cosmetics or sell them over the counter, without a prescription, are breaking the law."

In 2013, the US Food and Drug Administration found that lenses made by Geo were contaminated with microorganisms, and put them on a "red list" restricting imports.

"We believe that Geo Medical severely undervalued the shipments to avoid customs scrutiny, which would have led to the seizure of the contact because of the FDA action following the discovery of contaminated products," said a spokesman for the US Attorney's Office, Central District of California to BuzzFeed News.Health experts have been warning about the risk of colored contacts for years. While there's nothing wrong with colored lenses themselves, problems arise when people get them without a prescription and the lenses don't fit correctly — causing serious eye damage —Cosplay contact or when people don't keep them clean. According to a statement from an FDA optometrist, "Bacterial infections can be extremely rapid, result in corneal ulcers, and cause blindness — sometimes within as little as 24 hours if not diagnosed and treated promptly.”

Some may also contain "dangerous chemicals." Last month, Rebecca Seawright, chair of the NY State Assembly's Consumer Fraud Protection Committee, warned consumers "of the hazards and the strong possibility of permanent eye damage — including blindness — from wearing over-the-counter colored contact lenses that are increasingly popular among children and teens who want to dress up as zombies, and that are now on sale on-line and at many retail stores."

The group estimated that over 50,000 people would dress as zombies at this year's Greenwich Village Halloween Parade alone.
Burning Crusade Classic is set to bring with it a host of new content to WoW Classic when it arrives later this year. New races, zones, dungeons, raids, gear and more will all be available once you step foot in Outland. But if you’re an avid collector like me, there’s one thing you probably care about more than all the rest. I’m talking of course about the shiny new WoW Burning Crusade Classic mounts. Well, new as far as the Classic servers are concerned. All these mounts have of course been around for many years at this point. To get more news about buy gold for wow classic, you can visit lootwowgold official website.

But even though you can easily get your hands on most mounts from the Burning Crusade era right now in retail World of Warcraft, doing so will be a lot more challenging when the content is current. At least in the case of a good portion of them. With that in mind, today we’re trying to rank all WoW Burning Crusade Classic mounts based on how difficult they will be to obtain. Just keep in mind that some of these will be subjective as they depend on how much time you are willing to pour into various activities like PvP, PvE, reputation grinds, gold grinds, or professions.
First off we have the new racial mounts coming in the form of Hawkstriders for Blood Elves and Elekks for Draenei. There will be six color variants for each race, including three Epic ones. Hawkstriders and Elekks will be just as easy to obtain as any other racial mount provided you’re playing the new races. If not, getting them will be a bit of hassle because you’ll need Exalted rep with Silvermoon and/or The Exodar.

Next, we have the standard Windriders for the Horde and Gryphons for the Alliance. With flying being one of the main features coming in World of Warcraft Burning Crusade Classic, you’ll want to get your hands on one of these puppies asap. You’ll only be able to do so once you reach level 70 and it will cost you 900 gold if you also include the training cost. Make sure you save up.

These include black versions of armored racial mounts along with Dark Riding Talbuks and Dark War Talbuks. The latter two can be obtained by gathering Halaa tokens in Nagrad’s open PvP area while the others are obtained by gathering Marks from various Battlegrounds. If you’re planning to do a lot of PvP in WoW Burning Crusade Classic, it shouldn’t take you too long to get your hands on one of these mounts. If not, you’ll want to look into some of the other options.

This mount has a 100% drop chance upon successfully completing a timed run of Zul’Aman. Back in the day, the mount was pretty tricky to obtain but given that World of Warcraft players are much more experienced nowadays, you shouldn’t have too many problems if you’re running Zul’Aman with a decent group. The Amani War Bear was removed and replaced with the Amani Battle Bear in the retail version of WoW. The original bear is still impossible to get on retail but it should be fairly easy in Burning Crusade Classic.

This one drops from Kael’thas Sunstrider in the Magister’s Terrace and has around a 4% drop chance on retail. However, it is believed the drop chance used to be somewhat higher back in the original TBC. The mount has the distinction of being the only Hawkstrider usable by Alliance players.

This is one of two craftable flying mounts coming with the new Engineering profession. The mount only requires Expert riding skill, which isn’t too bad, but you’ll also need a lot of expensive materials in order to craft it, not to mention almost maxed out Engineering (350) to be able to use it. You can save yourself some mats by buying the mount from the auction house, but you’ll still need the appropriate Engineering skill regardless.

We’re placing these so far below the standard flying mounts because of their price. An Epic flying mount will cost you no less than 5,200 gold when you include the price of Artisan training. Not exactly pocket change. However, because nowadays you can straight up buy wow classic gold this won’t be a huge issue for some. For others, especially new players, farming that much gold will definitely be a major challenge.
The opportunity to revisit an iconic MMO like World of Warcraft after experiencing the growth, decline, and reimagining of its whole genre isn’t one that comes around often. So what did I find when playing World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Classic, an update of a game that as a lost, lonely teenager once consumed my life? The same thing I grew to miss when I moved on: Community. And then I lost it. Again. To get more news about safe wow gold, you can visit lootwowgold official website.

The 2004 pop culture success of World of Warcraft introduced players to hefty level grinds, sprawling PvP, and complicated, coordinated raids on boss lairs. It was a coming-of-age for the MMORPG genre, bringing it firmly into the mainstream. The Burning Crusade expansion years later asked players to do it all again in a sprawling new zone with more bosses, bigger backstories, and even bigger weapons. It sounds simple; almost unnecessary, in fact. But it was exactly what players wanted more of. And it worked.

Burning Crusade Classic begins the same way it did back then. As it should. Players sprint to the Blasted Lands south of the Eastern Kingdoms and charge ferociously through the Dark Portal. The iconic gateway was the starting point of the Warcraft story back in the 1990s, and trudging back through it with an army of friends and future allies will never get old. It’s just a shame that sticking with them after that beautiful moment is so damn hard.

With no server downtime leading up to the big transition from vanilla WoW to Burning Crusade Classic, Blizzard really nailed the execution necessary to have this gigantic MMO expand like the great adventure that it is. Blizzard has had its fair share of disastrous online releases over the decades, but this wasn’t one of them.

Without a hitch, we were able to again experience the iconic moment when waves of players charged forward together, their passion for continuing the quest they started years ago fueling their push into the unknown. Hundreds went in, and server sharding — a method of temporarily splitting players off into smaller servers — kept the first zone we were set to spend a dozen hours in from becoming overcrowded.Although I didn’t originally start playing World of Warcraft until the Wrath of the Lich King expansion was right around the corner, some of my fondest memories come from the 60 to 70 experience presented here — the struggle of exploring Hellfire Peninsula a little too early at 58, a disdain for the Zangermarsh zone, and growing adoration for the sweeping green plains of Nagrand.

All those memories came flooding back in my two weeks rediscovering the place I called home as a teenager. The good, the bad, and the kind that hit differently after spending years with countless other supposed “WoW killers.”

As fantastical as the hype and build-up to run through the Dark Portal was, the fatal flaw has begun to show yet again. The enemy? Nostalgia.

After the initial rush of players powered their way through WoW Classic, the few who were late to the party struggled to reach the top. They were brought in by the hype but spat out by Blizzard’s hardcore group-based game design. And it’s happening again.
World of Warcraft came out in November 2004, and has since become one of the world's most beloved video games. To get more news about cheap wow tbc gold, you can visit lootwowgold official website.

But the title has changed significantly in 16 years, so creator Blizzard re-released an early version of the game back in 2019.It's called WoW Classic, and faithfully recreates what it was like to play the game in around 2006.

Now WoW Classic is reaching the end of its storyline, so fans are now awaiting the re-release of The Burning Crusade expansion. The Burning Crusade came out in 2007 and added loads of new content to World of Warcraft, including new playable races, zones, dungeons and raids.

A recreated version of TBC is now about to be re-released, letting gamers relive the epic expansion in the modern day.Ion said that Classic TBC simply doesn’t need the same level of tutorials as modern “retail” WoW.“A part of the importance for greater tutorialisation has been in the increase of the pace and accessibility of the game over time,” he told The Sun.

“In 2004, it took months, hundreds of hours. In the modern game, we’re delivering content at a faster pace, and that requires more tutorialisation.”Ion referenced the fact that in the Classic version of the game, you would get a new ability and have two hours or more to learn how it works – before eventually unlocking something else.

And he also said that there’s a mini tutorial system for players who boost their character to level 58, to remind them how core parts of the game work.“Some folks thought it would be a flash in the pan, go check it out, recoil in horror and never return.

“But what we saw rapidly was that it developed a passionate intense community of its own.”He added: “It has served to expand the larger World of Warcraft community.

“So we realised a few months in that we have a tonne of people here who are passionate about the game, enjoying the journey, looking forward to the next step – but that journey’s going to come to an end after Naxxramas.Better performance overall, our servers have much larger capacities so we can fit more people into Azeroth or Outland.“The game is more responsive. There used to be I think a 400ms delay on processing events; that’s now down to 10ms. So when you’re going to interrupt a cast, you’ll have a more responsive experience.

“We have given Paladins a new ability.“Originally Horde Paladins had Seal of Blood as their capstone ability, and Alliance Paladins got Seal of Vengeance.“These were different abilities with different mechanical impacts.“What the community discovered back then at the end of TBC was that Seal of Blood was just better.

“So Horde was just better objectively. So if we let that stand, we would’ve seen a lot of competitive players feel like they had to go Horde even if Alliance was their faction of choice.“So what we did was given Alliance and Horde Paladins access to both Seals.”

Ion explained that this would recreate the original design intent, viewed through the lens of a modern player base that knows better. He said if WoW was still in Classic, the change wouldn’t have been made – but the philosophy has changed.“There’s every reason to think the original development team would’ve made these exact same changes, had they seen the entire player population saying we all need to go Horde now because of this ability.
At Blizzconline 2021, Blizzard announced something many fans had been anticipating since the release of World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Classic. As an expansion to the vanilla game, players can choose to continue to the new content or remain on Vanilla servers when The Burning Crusade Classic is released later in 2021.To get more news about buying world of warcraft items, you can visit lootwowgold official website.

With the pre-patch on the horizon that will allow players to create Blood Elf and Draenei characters, players are already getting back into a 2007 mindset and breaking out game guides from the original release of The Burning Crusade. Fel reavers, a new PvP meta, and the unique Outland armor sets are all coming back in style – or rather, without any sense of fashion at all.

Warriors in World of Warcraft Classic are notoriously difficult to level up, but can put out top damage numbers in end-game raids and dungeons. Many players flocked to the Warrior class when Classic was released to be the best in the raid down the line.

When The Burning Crusade Classic comes out, though, Warriors fall all the way to the bottom of the charts, with Warlocks taking the top overall damage output instead. It should be no surprise min-maxing players start anew as this casting class to stay on top.One particularly rough part of questing in Outland is the drop rates of certain quest items. While there wasn't a specific quest related to boar livers in Hellfire Peninsula, there was the quest Demonic Contamination, which asks the player to gather 6 Helboar blood samples. The drop rate on these samples is... abysmal, to say the least.

In the Barrens, there is a similarly frustrating quest titled The Zhevra, which tasks the player with finding 4 Zhevra hooves. Players often spend hours decimating the Zhevra population for these hooves, and some quests will feel eerily familiar in Outland.

In World of Warcraft Classic much of the armor the player acquires throughout the game looks at least half-decent when worn with pieces from differing sets. In Outland, though, it's a different story. Every zone has its own unique, vibrant armor – and the stats might just force the player to equip something downright ugly.

Ah yes, the Fel Reaver, destroyer of the unobservant and the big bad guy to avoid when starting The Burning Crusade Classic. Players can hear the Fel Reaver approaching from its signature metallic screech that rings out across the landscape of Hellfire Peninsula as it gets closer, and should keep an eye out at all times for its location.

While there hasn't been an official announcement as to when the pre-patch for The Burning Crusade Classic will hit servers, players are already foaming at the mouth for the chance to experience Azuremist Isle and Eversong Woods all over again.

A short-term truce between the gnomes and goblins could have lead to impressive feats of engineering – instead, their eyes are on the skies with rockets and explosives at the ready. The quicker the Exodar falls, the quicker players can start playing as a Draenei, right?
It’s not unusual for jewelry designer Kate Kim’s pieces to bring customers to tears. Since 2013, she has been selling custom, hyperpersonal accessories through her Etsy shop, Caitlyn Minimalist: necklaces featuring the handwriting of a relative who passed, rings with newborn babies’ fingerprints, friendship bracelets with secret messages — the kind of stuff you buy to commemorate a special person or occasion and then buy again when you have something else to celebrate. Kim estimates her returning-customer rate is about 40 percent, and she sees between 60 and 100 percent overall growth year over year. This spring, the brand reached 1 million sales — a rare achievement for any seller. Here, she and her husband, Michael, who quit his job to help her full time, walk us through how they reached such a huge milestone. To get more news about photo projection bracelet, you can visit koalaprint.com official website.

Kate Kim: My family has always been involved in jewelry. We moved from Vietnam to America in 2012, and our first workshop was in Little Saigon in Orange County, California, where we live. Sometimes, I would create something personal for myself. In 2013, a friend asked me to make something for her that was similar to a piece I’d created with my grandfather’s handwriting. She wanted her late father’s handwriting of the word love replicated for a necklace. I did it for free; the amount of joy and comfort that it gave her was priceless. After that, more of my friends started asking me for custom jewelry. I went online and saw that there are not many options out there, like literally nobody sold handwriting necklaces, and custom jewelry is very expensive. One seller I admired back then was offering one for around $300. So that’s when I decided to start my business. I realized, I can make something out of this. I can make affordable and meaningful jewelry that everybody can enjoy.

Custom and personalized items are really a thing on Etsy, so I thought it was the best fit for me. The jewelry that I create has a story behind it, so my relationship with my customers is very important. Back then, Etsy was probably the only platform that offered that connection. Also I wasn’t very tech-savvy in 2013, and Etsy is user-friendly.

My first shop was called Silver Handwriting, and it was solely focused on handwriting jewelry. I don’t think I took very good photos, but even with my bad job of branding, the demand was still there. With the amount of people coming to me to share their stories, I thought, I can do better than this. So I rebranded to Caitlyn Minimalist in 2014 and got a professional camera. My sister Vivian then took over Silver Handwriting and still runs it today. My husband, Michael, quit his job and started working with me full time.

On balancing work and family:
Michael Kim: For the first two years, it was mostly me and Kate doing all of the front-end stuff. Juggling family and work life has been a pretty big challenge. We’ve had three kids since we launched. When we had our first son, in 2015, he was born a few days before Black Friday. Kate was having contractions, but she was determined to keep packing her jewelry. We were frantically trying to get everything to the post office before we headed to the hospital. It was pretty crazy. Since then, we’ve had two more kids, but we’ve had a lot more help along the way.

What they’ve learned:
Kate: The biggest lesson: Know how to delegate. Like Michael said, we used to do everything by ourselves. My mom and dad watched the kids and packed jewelry. At first, I would model, and my sister would be the hand model and my mom would be the photographer. Michael’s sister helped us with customer service. Literally everybody in the family is involved in this business. But we needed help.

Michael: It got to the point where we were like, Okay, I think it’s time that we actually start hiring people, and really trusting the procedures that we’ve implemented. We hired our first employee in 2016 — a college student who helped with customer service. She’s now our office manager. We outgrew working from our home workshop back in late 2017 and had to get an office. Today we have about 30 employees total and are about to move into an even bigger office in September.
As we all go about our lives, commuting to and from work, our heads down, always looking at our phones, it can be challenging to find ways to stand out among the crowd. That’s why we all strive to adopt our own personal styles, whether it be by experimenting with the interior design of our homes or rocking a pop of color on our everyday tennis shoes. To get more news about personalized photo necklace, you can visit koalaprint.com official website.

Nowadays, Lamoriea Personalized necklace are gaining immense popularity. This has further led many new companies and sellers to dive into the market and sell their own products, in turn increasing and improving choices at the same time. This can, however, get a little confusing for you. Here mentioned are the top two types of necklaces that you can gift your loved one this season:

Initial Charm Necklace: Single initial charm necklaces are usually available in two variants, namely a 24K gold plated and .925 sterling silver one. These necklaces are typically a bit oversized and have a bail on top through which you can slide the necklace. Although underrated in the market, these are very subtle and simple in style and can be perfect for those who want to display a single letter on the piece. Both men and women can wear it, and it is ideal for any special occasion. Nevertheless, it is best suited for Valentine’s Day or anniversaries.

Square Hammered Initial Necklace: This Lamoriea Personalized necklace takes a more modern approach to personalized jewelry. Displaying a favorite letter or name, this pendant is only over half an sq. in. and boasts a hammered appearance providing great dimension and depth to it. It features the engraved word or letter, which has a soft texture and is set down inside the surface with a harder texture. The contrasting texture of the necklace gives it both a bold and contemporary look, making it suitable for men and women alike. If your partner likes something ‘out of the box,’ this pendant is the best choice for him or her. However, you can also gift this to someone as a sign of thankfulness or gratitude towards them.

That said, while choosing personalized jewelry, you should always keep in mind how you want to style the selection. Depending on what you want to wear it with or if you are buying it for everyday use, the choice can considerably vary. However, surprising your loved one with such a personal gift can never go wrong.
If you’ve ever received a piece of jewelry with sentimental value, you’ll probably always remember who gave it to you, where you were and maybe even what they said. Giving jewelry as a gift is a wonderful idea – it can be meaningful, but also very practical – even for the most “hard to shop for” people on your Christmas list. Here are six reasons why jewelry makes a great gift:To get more news about photo bracelet, you can visit koalaprint.com official website.
Jewelry is lasting. Jewelry is more than a purchase – it’s an investment that can actually appreciate in value. Plus, most family heirlooms are pieces of jewelry that pass from one generation to the next. You could start a new family tradition.
It sends the right message. Giving jewelry as a gift can help you share how you feel when you can’t find the right words. Nothing says “forever” like a diamond!
It’s customizable. Jewelry is extremely customizable. You can find or create custom pieces that represent a loved one’s personality, color preferences or style. To make your gift even more personal and one-of-a-kind, have it engraved with a special date, word or phrase.
It’s versatile. No matter what your taste or budget, you can find an item to suit your needs. Plus, jewelry is appropriate for every age and gender. Rings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, earrings and watches – there’s something more everyone.
Bonus points for presentation. Part of giving jewelry is setting the stage – and you can make the presentation just as special as the gift! This Christmas, give a ring in an ornament, tie it to mistletoe, or put it in the bottom of a stocking – and have your loved one open it last.
Jewelry surprises and delights. As we mentioned in the opening paragraph – few things are as memorable as receiving jewelry from a loved one. And even though it has always been a great gift – jewelry will continue to elicit surprised gasps and happy tears for years to come.
Are you the type of person that can never find your name on name necklaces, or even a pencil or a keychain? Maybe you have the type of name that your teacher could never pronounce in elementary school or are you missing out on that keychain because your parents decided to spell your name different than most Megans? To get more news about custom photo necklace, you can visit koalaprint.com official website.

I am here to tell you, I have had that problem my entire life. You see, people don’t spell Brittani ending in an I. I remember standing in the gas station looking at the rows and rows of magnet names, slowly and anxiously my eyes would wander to the B section. And there it was, Brittany. Britney. But never Brittani. So there all my friends would go, grabbing their matching magnets or pencils with their own name on it, Kaitlyn, Sarah, Jessica. And I’d be left between two choices, no magnet, or settling on the one that said Summer Fun or Girl Power. As much as I love summer and do think it’s a lot of fun, and I’m all about girl power, I just wanted one magnet that said my name!

Maybe you’re just laughing at me at this point, but maybe you understand the disappointment in having a differently spelled name. Did you suffer from my type of situation? If so, go treat yourself to a customized name necklace! If you never had that happen to you, maybe it hasn’t even ever crossed your mind that people have this problem, think of your friends, siblings, or cousins. I’m sure you can think of at least one person without a standard name or spelling. Can you imagine how happy that person would be to have a customized necklace that makes her feel a little less left out and a lot more loved? Let’s get to the good stuff and help you discover the right customized name necklace for you or your number one gal pal.
First, we have the Classic Name Necklace, which is the perfect title for it because that is exactly what it is. This is as classic as they come. This piece comes in sterling-silver, white-gold, gold-plated-silver, and rose-gold-and-sterling-silver. We love how this necklace is completely focused on the name. There are no other charms or jewels, just simply the name. This is fitting for a simple style, but also would be a great statement for a more bold personality and style.

It has a box chain that comes in various lengths including 14, 16, 18, 20, or 22 inches. The name will always come with the first letter capitalized and is typed in a beautiful cursive script font. We love the way the edges of the letters are smooth and rounded, making it all flow from each letter to the next elegantly. Another thing we love about this necklace is that it is darling for a young girl who is growing into her girly personality, but also an ideal choice for a woman showing off her feminine side.

You may be concerned that at a price this low, it is a little too good to be true. Overall, it is a stunning product and you will be pleased. However, you may experience a little bit of tarnish as you wear it regularly. If this is to occur, we recommend just using a little bit of silver cleaner occasionally and it will bring the necklace back to looking brand new again. For those of you looking for great quality at a fair price, this might just be the one for you!
Did you find yourself loving the last necklace, but wishing it was a little less expensive? Are you looking to give out name necklaces for Christmas gifts or maybe to your bridesmaids? If so, this might be a better option for you. This adorable name necklace comes in stainless steel as well as gold plated. It is featured on a lovely o shaped chain and the name is completely customizable. The chain is sixteen inches long and includes a two-inch chain extender. This add-on makes it a fabulous option for you or a friend, regardless of their age.

As for the name, whether it’s your name, their name, or a special name you have for each other, you can order it to fit your wants and needs! One thing that attracts us so much to this necklace compared to others like it, is that you are even able to do names in different languages and alphabets. For instance, if you or the recipient of your thoughtful gift are Arabic, don’t hesitate to order this necklace. They are able to work with you and still get your name customized exactly how you want it written! For those reasons, this is a fantastic gift idea or to purchase any time you might need customized necklaces in a more bulk type order.
We were so excited to find this necklace. Layering necklaces is such a popular trend right now, but sometimes it’s hard to decide what pieces work together. Not only that but finding pieces that are affordable and work well together for layering can be a challenge to find as well. This necklace makes every aspect of layering simple because it is a two-in-one style necklace where it appears you found the two perfect layering necklaces and paired them together when in reality you bought one double chain necklace at one reasonable price. It’s a double win in our book!

This gorgeous piece comes in sterling silver and has a few options to fit your specific style. You can purchase this necklace in silver, golden, or rose gold. Both chains will come in the same color, the heart necklace measuring at eighteen inches and the personalized name part of the necklace measures 20 inches with a .925 inch sterling silver chain adjuster. The heart is definite on this darling necklace, but the name is customizable on the longer part of the necklace. This name is written in a beautiful and continuous cursive font with up to ten characters.
