Dont let illnesses meddle with your fun. http://www.airmax90rosefluo-fr.com/air-max-90-jcrd.html .Roughly half a million people from around the world are expected to travel to the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. And while Zika is in the spotlight, there are other bugs and health problems that Olympic athletes and spectators should keep in mind.Whats the biggest threat? Health experts say the most likely cause of death or serious harm to travelers everywhere is injuries from car accident, falls, crime or other mishaps. But thats not whats on the minds of people headed to the Olympics, said Dr. Nicholas Van Sickels, associate director of Tulane Universitys travel medicine clinic in New Orleans.Zika is what brings them in the door, Van Sickels said of recent clinic visitors.A look at those health problems, and what athletes and travelers can do about them.---HOW BIG A THREAT IS ZIKA?The risk of getting sick from Zika is low, especially compared to other illnesses that a visitor to Rio might suffer. Its winter in Brazil; a time when mosquitoes that spread the virus are at a low ebb. But for mothers-to-be, the stakes are very high because an infection during pregnancy can cause serious birth defects. Thats why pregnant women have been told to stay away.---BUT HOW CAN I AVOID ZIKA?The virus is mainly spread by tropical mosquitoes, though it also can be transmitted through sex. Travelers can protect themselves from mosquito bites by, among other things, wearing long sleeves and long pants and using insect repellents. Also, stay in places with air conditioning or that use window and door screens, the CDC suggests.---WILL I KNOW IF IM INFECTED?You might not. Most infected people do not get sick, and those that do usually experience only mild symptoms, like fever, rash, red eyes, joint pain, that ends within a week. But some infected adults have developed a paralyzing condition called Guillain-Barre syndrome.---WHAT ABOUT OTHER TROPICAL ILLNESSES?The same mosquito spreads other tropical illnesses, including chikungunya, which has been spreading in Brazil and other parts of South America in the last few years. It has some of the same syymptoms as Zika, but the joint pain is often debilitating and can give people a stooped appearance -- the name chikungunya comes from a word meaning to become contorted. http://www.airmax90rosefluo-fr.com/air-max-90-prm.html. . Like Zika, there is no vaccine or cure for it. There are vaccines or medicines for other mosquito-borne diseases seen in Brazil, including yellow fever, dengue fever and malaria. Those arent considered much of a threat for Olympic visitors, though.---WHAT ELSE COULD MAKE ME SICK?If a traveler to the Olympics gets sick, its most likely from drinking water or eating undercooked or unclean food, said Dr. Martin Cetron of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Food should be peeled, boiled or cooked. Avoid food from street vendors, and fruits and vegetables that have not been thoroughly washed, experts suggest. Drink bottled water or beverages. And maybe pack some medicine for diarrhea, Cetron said. Some swimming areas in Rio are contaminated with sewage, and the CDC advises avoiding swallowing mouthfuls of water and staying away from beaches with warning signs.---ANYTHING ELSE?Its flu season in the Southern Hemisphere, so expect that people in Rio may be sneezing or coughing and spreading flu germs. Flu and other respiratory illnesses are probably the second most common thing travelers to the Olympics will get, Cetron said. Wash your hands and drink lots of uncontaminated fluids, experts say.---WHAT IF I GET SICK IN BRAZIL?Eu me sinto doente. Thats Portuguese for I feel sick. Talk to a doctor or nurse if you feel very ill, especially if you have a fever, the CDC advised. The CDC website has information about finding medical care while abroad and also offers some health terms in Portuguese. Officials do not expect a lot of Olympic travelers to take Zika home with them. Researchers at Yale University recently estimated that there may be no more than 40 travelers going home from the Olympics with infections.---Online:CDC: http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices/alert/2016-summer-olympics-rio Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys ' ' '

LOS ANGELES -- Yasiel Puig followed the Los Angeles Dodgers wishes when he didnt show up to the stadium on Monday before the team departed on its road trip to Colorado, manager Dave Roberts told The Associated Press. http://www.nbalancescarpe.it/new-balance-580-italia/new-balance-580-donna.html .Los Angeles picked up Josh Reddick from Oakland on Monday, possibly squeezing the oft-injured, struggling Puig out of a job in right field.(Puig) did what the organization asked him to do, Roberts said in a text message. We didnt want him to come to the ballpark because we knew he wasnt going to Denver with us. We were looking for more production from that position, so we acquired a player who is having a really good year and great track record.Puig expects to be sent to the minors on Tuesday after the Dodgers were unable to move the Cuban slugger at Mondays trade deadline, according to his agent, Adam Katz. The club informed me and the player understood clearly that they were making every effort to trade him, Katz told the AP, and that if they were unable to come to terms with another club on a trade -- and successful in acquiring another outfielder -- that he likely would be demoted.Fox Sports first reported that Puig was not traveling with the Dodgers. The demotion will be a surprising turn in the fast-burning career of Puig, who hasnt built on the promise of his first two big-league seasons.Oddly enough, Puig went 3 for 5 with two RBI against Arizona on Sunday, playing impressively in his first start since July 20 after his latest bout of hamstring injuries.Puig was an All-Star in 2014 after a meteoric rise with the Dodgers, who signed the prospect to a seven-year, $42 million deal in June 2012. He hit 35 homers and drove in 111 runs while batting .305 in 2013 and 2014, but slipped to .255 last season while playing in just 79 games due to hamstring troubles.Puig has been physically limited and largely inconsistent even when healthy this season, batting .260 with seven homers in 81 games. His on-base-plus-slugging percentage is down to a career-worst .706.Even some Dodgers fans who adore his effusive personality and considerable talent have begun to sour on Puig, who missed 17 games in June and five in July with hamstring woes. The Dodgers (59-46) couldnt trade Puig, but they were busy at the deadline as they prepare to chase San Francisco (61-44) over the final two months of the NL West race.Along with Reddick, who should be an immediate offensive contributor, Los Angeles picked up left-hander Rich Hill from Oakland, right-handed reliever Jesse Chavez from Toronto and right-handed reliever Josh Fields from Houston.---AP Baseball Writers Janie McCauley and Ronald Blum contributed to this report. http://www.nbalancescarpe.it/new-balance-670.html . The injury bothered Bledsoe in the Suns victory over the Clippers on Monday and he sat out the teams home loss to Memphis on Thursday night. http://www.nbalancescarpe.it/new-balance-1400.html . KANSAS CITY, Mo. Adidas Gazelle Og Azul . -- Ervin Santana could be traded before the end of the month, and his superb effort Friday might make some contenders interested. Santana allowed two singles in 7 1-3 innings and the Kansas City Royals beat the Detroit Tigers 1-0 on Friday night to snap a five-game losing streak. The third-place Royals are seven games behind the first-place Tigers. Santana, who can be a free agent after the season and has been widely speculated to be traded before the July 31 deadline without a player clearing waivers, did not allow a runner to reach second base. He walked one and struck out six. "Everything was working, especially my location," Santana said. "Everything was down." Santana (6-6), who was coming off his worst outing of the season, when he allowed eight runs on 10 hits in a July 11 loss at Cleveland, retired the first 10 Tigers before Torii Hunters one-out single in the fourth. "That club over there has the best 2-3-4-5-6 hitters in baseball, I feel," Royals manager Ned Yost said. "That shows how you how good Santana was." Kelvin Herrera, who was just recalled from Triple-A Omaha, replaced Santana in the eighth after he walked Jhonny Peralta with one out. Herrera retired Andy Dirks on a grounder and struck out Alex Avila looking. "A very good outing," Yost said of Herrera. Greg Holland worked a flawless ninth for his 23rd save in 25 opportunities, striking out one. He has been perfect in his past 16 save chances. "Santana was unbelievable," Holland said. "I watched the first three innings in here (clubhouse) on TV and I thought he had a chance to throw a no-hitter." Alex Gordon led off the Royals first with a single to right, stole second with one out and scored on Billy Butlers ground-ball single to centre. That was the only run Tigers right-hander Anibal Sanchez (7-7) would allow in six innings, but that was one too many. "I did not know that was going to be enough," Butler said. "It was a pitchers duel, old-fashioned." Sanchez, who was making his third start since coming off the disabled list with a shoulder strain, left after 101 pitches, allowing four singles, walking five and striking out three. "My command today wasnt the best," Sanchez said. "A lot of times I was behind. I just tried to throw my best pitch. I felt good, I felt healthy. I was strong all day long. I finished my game strong. "I kept the score right there (after the first-inning run). You have to give them credit sometimes. Santana threw a good ballgame." The Royals loaded the bases with two outs in the sixth on Butlers single and walks to Mike Moustakas and David Lough, but failed to score as Alcides Escobar struck out to end the inning. The Royals are 4-2 against the American League Central Division-leading Tigers, with five of the games decided by two or less runs. "Both teams hit the ball better than the results showed," Tigers manager Jim Leyland said. "It was a very good game. Santana pitched good and we swung the bats good, but didnt get much result. We couldnt get some balls to fall. But they earned it." The Tigers were shut out for the seventh time this season. Coaching can be rewarding and fulfilling profession but it is also one filled with pressure and frustration - we rate the NRLs top five coach blow ups!5. Craig Bellamy 2014 - Storm vs Sea EaglesMelbourne have been one of the best teams in the NRL for over a decade but Craig Bellamy can provide just as much entertainment in the coachs box as the Storm deliver on the football field.Bellyache has a catalogue of blow-ups to his credit but the best came when Melbourne took on bitter rival Manly in 2014 - and incredibly this was his reaction in a game his Storm side won.4. Geoff Toovey 2013 - Sea Eagles vs RabbitohsIn stature, Geoff Toovey was one of the smallest players to run onto a rugby league field but in the coachs box he was one of the NRLs largest personalities.Tooves played the game with passion, commitment and courage and demonstrated similar qualities as a coach - as highlighted by his now-famous post-match rant where he called for an investigation and someone to be accountable after a controversial Manly loss to Souths in 2013.3. Des Hasler 2016 - Bulldogs vs PanthersFor a man that carried the nickname Sorry during his playing days for his quiet, apologetic personality, Des Hasler has certainly found his voice since becoming an NRL coach.Hasler is known for being a control freak who demands perfection from himself and his players and much-maligned foorward Tony Williams found out the hard way - the Canterbury coach singled him out for an Olympic-class spray at halftime in the Bulldogs semi-final loss to the Panthers last weekend. Sven Kums Shirt. .2. Nathan Brown 2003 - Dragons vs Sea EaglesIn his rookie year as a head coach, Nathan Brown vented his frustration with a physical confrontation on the sideline - slapping then-Dragons captain and former team mate Trent Barrett during a match against the Sea Eagles. The incident was played out in full view of the fans and television cameras and remains one of the most extraordinary blow-ups in NRL history.1. Des Hasler 2010 - Sea Eagles vs EelsYes, its that man again! In an even more entertaining performance than the one we witnessed at the weekend, Des Hasler, during his time as Manly coach, literally ripped in when he was coach of the Sea Eagles in 2010.Manly led Parramatta to the tune of 20-nil just after halftime but the Eels staged a controversial fight back to win 24-20 - and the dramatic turnaround wasnt restricted to the football field - Haslers mood also nosedived and the Sea Eagles dressing room door was sent flying off its hinges. To further infuriate Hasler, the Eels kindly forwarded the seething Manly coach the repair bill.
